How to Reset Your Password
Overview: If you forgot your password, you can take care of that in two short steps.
- Request a password reset
- Reset your password
Request a password reset
- On the QUALO login screen, click Forgot Password?

- Type your username
- Click Send recovery link

- You’ll see the following message with your email address listed.

Resetting your password
- Open your email account.
- Look for an email from qualoconfirmation@ametrics.org.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, it might be in your spam or junk folder.
- Click on the link in the email to set a new password.

- Type a new password
- Type it again to confirm it.
- Click Save New Password.


What needs to be in your password?
- At least one of each:
- Letter
- Number
- Special character (!@#$%*)
- You’ll be sent back to the login screen, where you can log in using your new password.
