How to Reset Your Password

Overview: If you forgot your password, you can take care of that in two short steps.
  1. Request a password reset
  2. Reset your password

Request a password reset

  1. On the QUALO login screen, click Forgot Password?



  1. Type your username
  2. Click Send recovery link


  1. You’ll see the following message with your email address listed.

Resetting your password

  1. Open your email account.
  2. Look for an email from qualoconfirmation@ametrics.org.

If you don’t see the email in your inbox, it might be in your spam or junk folder.

  1. Click on the link in the email to set a new password.

  1. Type a new password
  2. Type it again to confirm it.
  3. Click Save New Password.



What needs to be in your password?
  1. At least one of each:
    1. Letter
    2. Number
    3. Special character (!@#$%*)


  1. You’ll be sent back to the login screen, where you can log in using your new password.
